Black Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, the Supreme Leader of the Stupid Brigade in Washington, keeps proving that most black women are not ready to hold elected office in this country. Do the research: the least-livable cities in America and the worst-run state and federal offices are in the hands of liberal black women. Where there's a pattern, there's a problem. Jackson-Lee along with her friend Maxine Waters, Supreme Leader of the Hate Brigade, are prime examples of the attempts to turn America into a matriarchal African Tribal society.
